Leather Bonder – a bonding agent for joining and strengthening worn-out leather fibers.

Leather Bonder is a product designed to strengthen natural leather that has been heavily worn and worn down to the flesh (area without colour or finish). The product penetrates deep into the leather, binding loose and weakened fibers, known as “leather fuzz,” which can be felt to the touch.

After application, the leather becomes much more resistant to stretching, and repair products such as fillers, liquid leather, or colourant adhere much better, resulting in a more durable restoration. The product is also ideal for repairs, such as scratches or pet damage.

How to use Leather Bonder? It’s so simple!

1. Thoroughly clean the leather using products such as Leather Pro Cleaner or Leather Foam Cleaner, which you can find in our other listings.
2. Before use, mix Leather Bonder well. Then, apply two or three thin layers to each damaged area using a sponge. After applying each layer, allow the surface to dry.
3. Proceed with filling in any gaps or applying Leather Pro Colourant. You can do this using a sponge or spray gun.
4. After colouring, protect the surface with Leather Top Finish lacquer. For 6 days after the repair, do not clean or treat the leather. Do not use the product on suede or nubuck.
