Leathermed Leather Steering Wheel and Upholstery Paint

The modern, opaque Leather Pro Colourant is a practical water-based product, perfect for restoring and coloring leather items (both genuine leather and PU leather).

Leather Pro Colourant is excellent for the renovation of car leather interiors, accessories, and leather furniture.

How to use Leather Pro Colourant? It’s simple!

Step 1

Carefully clean the leather surface – you can do this using Leather Pro Cleaner or Leather Foam Cleaner. Then partially remove old finish using Leather Colour Prep and degrease the surface with Leather Grease Remover.

Step 2

Before use, thoroughly mix the Leather Pro Colourant paint. Apply the first coat with a sponge, making sure to spread the paint in circular motions. Wait for the first coat to dry completely. You can speed up the drying process using a hairdryer. It’s important to ensure each layer of paint is fully dry before applying the next layer. Apply the remaining coats with a sponge, ensuring they are thin and even.

Step 3

After applying the final coat – protect the paint with Leather Top Finish. Do not clean or treat the leather for 6 days after the repair.

Using a spray application?

Don’t forget to use a 0.8 mm – 1 mm nozzle. Due to different pigment densities in the paints, they may have different thicknesses. When using smaller nozzles, you can add up to 10% water.

Do not use the product on suede or nubuck leather.
